Welcome to The Ken Bridge Hotel
The hotel is a superb centre for fishing, golfing, hill walking, cycling on the surrounding quiet country roads, mountain biking on the world famous 7 Stanes routes, bird watching, photography, clay pigeon shooting, field and water-sports or for simply relaxing and taking in the wonderful scenery.
We are on the edge of the UNESCO Dark Skies Park created in 2009, which at the time was the only one in Britain and only the 5th worldwide. The river beside the hotel is a seasonal host to Osprey, Kingfisher and Oyster Catcher, there is also a healthy population of Otter and the hotel gardens receive regular visits from Red Squirrels. Early risers may see deer in the meadows across the river, as well as fox and badger.
The woodland to the west of the hotel is used as a roost by up to as many as 35 Red Kite which frequently soar and wheel spectacularly over the hotel.
Hotel guests may check in from 4pm.
Our restaurant is open to hotel guests from 5.30 - 7.00 pm.
Our bar is open to the public all day.
The Ken Bridge is a family run hotel. The ethos of the hotel is to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible in the most tranquil of surroundings.
The hotel has a well stocked, traditional bar serving cask ales and fine malts.
The restaurant is noted for its good, well presented meals using locally sourced fresh produce wherever possible.
Reception and booking in for residents is from 4pm unless by prior arrangement

Hotel Accommodation
The hotel has 10 en-suite bedrooms offering twin, double, triple or family accommodation.
All of our rooms may be booked for single occupancy at a reduced rate, but please note that you will be charged for any additional guests.
All rooms have digital television, alarm clock and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. All of the bedrooms are tastefully furnished in a timeless traditional fashion with the rich hue of mahogany or the soft mellow touch of antique pine. There is a comfortable residents lounge with a small library and free WIFI.

A hearty breakfast is served to start the day or a packed meal can be provided as an alternative. As an additional service for early risers, bird watchers, stalkers and photographers we will provide a late breakfast by prior arrangement.
The hotel has two dining rooms. The 35 cover Riverside dining room created from the original coach house has panoramic views, a roaring log fire (weather permitting) and many wonderful artefacts to please the eye.
Glazed double doors lead through to our second 45 cover dining room, also popular for private parties and functions.

Hotel Facilities
The Ken Bridge Hotel has a well-appointed traditional bar with wooden benches, original stone walls and a natural slate floor creating a lovely relaxed atmosphere.
The bar has a well-balanced selection of malt whisky and 2 cask ale taps which provide an ever-changing choice of real ales.
It has a separate Games Room leading from the bar with superb views over the glen and river with access to the terraced beer garden and riverbank. Canoes and small boats can travel to and from Loch Ken on the river when conditions allow.
The hotel benefits from a 24 hour access to bedrooms and the residents lounge for those guests who require to leave early or arrive late.
